Scharnitz is also called the "Gateway to the Karwendel", which means you can look forward to numerous hikes.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with small freezer compartment as well as a dishwasher and sufficient cooking utensils to leave nothing to be desired. Even a SodaStream for fresh bubbling mountain spring water is at your disposal. The solid wood table with its fashionable chairs is perfect for dining together. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa and listen to the crackling of the fire in the brick stove, simply cozy. For optimal entertainment, the large SAT LED TV and for perfect ear candy, the SONOS ® Speaker System. The spacious bedrooms convince with their comfort double beds and provide a wonderfully restful sleep. Also a great advantage are the two bathrooms with rain shower which are directly accessible from the respective bedroom. Another highlight is the sauna located in the suite with a magnificent panoramic view and its own shower. The 2 balconies as well as the large terrace are ideal to enjoy the view and to enjoy the fresh and clear mountain air.
