BERGZEIT Apartments
The BERGZEIT flat house with its 4 flats for 4 people and its 2 flats for 2 people was completed in summer 2022 and is located in the beautiful and lively village of Saalbach Hinterglemm. Right in the village centre and close to the Kohlmaisbahn lift, it offers the perfect holiday paradise in winter and summer for families, couples and groups of friends. The 6 fully equipped flats have an average living space of 60m2 each. Each of them offers an incredibly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and impresses with its location and comfort.
All flats are stylishly furnished to a high standard, combine tradition with modernity and offer a thoroughly cosy living experience. The furnishings of the flats are absolutely identical. The spacious living and dining area with modern kitchen offers our guests everything they could wish for. This includes, for example, a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 more people if required, the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, the fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable seating area that can accommodate a total of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need on holiday! The windows and the large balcony door flood the living and dining area with plenty of light and bring lots of sunshine into the flat. The cosy balcony, with 2 seats and a small side table, is accessible either through the living room or through the kitchen.

BERGZEIT Apartments ( 4 Persons ):
These are located on the ground floor and 1st floor and each flat has 2 master bedrooms with a high-quality box-spring bed and its own flat-screen TV. They are between 55 m² and 62 m² in size. Two additional sleeping arrangements are easily possible with the help of a pull-out couch. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, a washbasin with a huge mirror and a WC.
BERGZEIT Apartments ( 2 Persons):
The flats for 2 people are located on the 2nd floor and each have 1 bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. This bathroom is also equipped with a spacious rain shower, a washbasin with a huge mirror and a WC. Two additional sleeping arrangements are easily possible with the help of a pull-out couch.

... IN WINTER
Larger ski areas and long cross-country ski trails can be reached in less than 10 kilometres. The numerous ski areas with their extensive and spacious pistes offer all levels of difficulty for young and old. If required, you can sign up for a ski course or a private lesson at the ski school! Whether skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing or cross-country skiing - there is something for everyone! There are also various snowshoe hikes for keen winter hikers.
... IN SUMMER
Other leisure activities such as hiking or mountain biking are also just a few minutes' drive away. In summer, from May to October, our guests receive the exclusive tourist card for the Saalbach Hinterglemm region. The so-called "Jokercard" allows guests to use the cable cars free of charge.
