The Wildschönauer Panoramahütte is a real gem, located in the middle of the impressive mountain world of the Markbachjoch in the picturesque Tyrolean Wildschönau. Surrounded by spectacular scenery, it not only offers a unique vacation experience, but also the perfect location for a ski-in, ski-out stay, right on the ski slope, in the middle of the Ski Juwel Alpachtal Wildschönau.

The Wildschönau, an idyllic high valley in the Kitzbühel Alps, is known for its tranquillity and natural beauty. The region is ideal for varied activities for the whole family - from exploring untouched nature to exciting adventures in the mountains. The Markbachjoch is known far beyond Tyrol's borders as a nature and hiking paradise. In winter, it impresses with its wonderful ski slopes. The toboggan run on the Lanerköpfl is particularly suitable for tobogganing enthusiasts. In summer, all hiking and biking enthusiasts get their money's worth here. The panorama hut offers space for up to eight people and is the ideal retreat for an unforgettable vacation in the Tyrolean Alps.

Renovated in 2024/2025, the log cabin impresses with its rustic charm and has been furnished with high-quality materials. The natural wood creates a cozy atmosphere and provides a real cabin feeling. Guests can relax in the three lovingly furnished bedrooms after an eventful day in the mountains. Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The hut has two modern bathrooms with washbasin, shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen with electric hob is ideal for self-catering, and the cozy dining area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings.

A beautiful garden with garden furniture and barbecue area offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the fresh mountain air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The absolute highlight of the Panoramahütte is the in-house sauna (from fall 2025) - the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries after a sporty day in the mountains.

IIn summer, access to the Panoramahütte is possible via a forest road to the designated parking area for your car. From there, an approx. 200 meter long, partly steep footpath leads to the hut. Please make sure you wear suitable footwear (e.g. sturdy hiking boots with a tread), as the path can be slippery or muddy depending on the weather. In winter, depending on the weather, transportation to the hut is by skidoo or cable car. Please also wear appropriate clothing in winter.

Our cosy mountain hut is idyllically situated on the edge of an alpine pasture where cows graze freely in summer - sometimes just a few meters from the hut. As the path leads across the pasture, we ask you to show consideration for the animals.
