The entrance to Ski Arlberg, Austria's largest ski area, can be reached in 5 minutes with the free ski bus, which leaves every 15 minutes just a few meters from the front door. The Arlberg is known for its guaranteed snow and over 200 km of powder runs. All skill levels can enjoy skiing on the 302 kilometers of slopes. Winter sports enthusiasts can use the Auenfeldjet Lech a. Reach Arlberg and therefore easily weave down the illustrious White Ring and the Run of Fame. Using the Schröcken village run, you can enjoy the convenience of being able to ski directly to your home in 1495, where you can end the evening with a view of the breathtaking alpine backdrop.
The tobogganing evening with a bus ride on the 2 km long, illuminated route to Heimboden takes place every week directly in front of the front door. In summer, nature lovers enjoy numerous hiking trails in the surrounding majestic mountains. From 3 nights onwards, guests receive the free Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal guest card in summer, which includes entry to countless activities, such as free lift tickets.

The Ski Arlberg ski area (St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben, Lech, Zürs, Warth, Schröcken) is guaranteed to have snow and is gigantic in size. It can be reached from the apartments to the Salober car park in just 5 minutes by car or ski bus . A total of 85 lifts and 300 kilometers of ski runs and slopes are waiting for you. In addition, another 200 km of deep snow runs ensure that Warth Schröcken is also known as the “Freeride Eldorado”. A wonderful 14 kilometers of cross-country ski trails and 20 well-groomed winter hiking trails are available to cross-country skiers, skaters and walkers. There you can enjoy the fresh air and Schröcken's wonderful winter landscapes to the fullest. For tobogganing enthusiasts there are numerous and well-prepared runs. You can decide for yourself whether you want to get to the start of the descent on foot, with the tractor in tow or by gondola. An additional highlight is night tobogganing, where the slopes are illuminated and open until 10 p.m. The romantic night atmosphere combined with the snowy landscape and tobogganing fun make for a very special experience. Animal lovers also have the option of booking a husky sleigh ride through the snow-covered landscape of the Arlberg. You will be trained by a professional musher and if you want, you can also drive the team yourself. An unforgettable adventure for the entire family.

Whether guided or self-planned tours, with the unique mountain panorama with the striking mountain peaks of the “Arlberg and Bregenzerwald” there is something for hikers and mountain bikers to suit every taste and need. From beginners to professionals, gentle, sweeping landscapes and steep slopes offer the optimal conditions for everyone to experience their well-deserved vacation to the fullest. As a stopover, you can also stop off at one of the rustic alpine pastures or working huts to enjoy regional delicacies with a fantastic view and wonderful mountain air.
In addition to the seemingly endless routes and possibilities, numerous outdoor highlights offer pure variety. Whether high up on the Karhorn panoramic via ferrata or deep down over a waterfall while canyoning. Balance training at the adventure park and high ropes course or rather feel free like a bird and get a bird's eye view of the surroundings at the Flying Fox. For true water lovers, there are 2 swimming pools, which can be reached in just 15 km and provide the necessary cooling down on hot summer days. However, if that's not enough action for you, you're cordially invited to go wild swimming. The wonderful and varied offer guarantees your holiday an unforgettable stay for the entire family.
