If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not disclose this data without your consent.

Please note that, to simplify the booking process and facilitate subsequent contract processing, the IP address of the account holder is stored via cookies, and the following personal data is also collected.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: customer login data for booking management. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transmission/retrieval of bank transfer details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting/settling the purchase price, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations and for potential debt collection services.
After the booking process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data arising from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Web Server / Server Logs
The following data is collected by the web server: the IP address, the date and time of the request, the file (name and URL) accessed by the user, the amount of data transferred, and a notification indicating whether the request was successful or not. Furthermore, data identifying the browser and operating system used, as well as the website from which the access occurred (if accessed via a link), is stored.
The storage of server logs serves to verify system security as well as for technical monitoring, administration, and optimization of the websites/shops. Furthermore, in the event of hacker attacks, this data is forwarded to the respective authorities for criminal prosecution. No further disclosure to third parties beyond this occurs. The server logs are stored for four years.
