Nestled in the stunning landscape of Corsica, Casa Trè Fari is located near Porto Vecchio and is the ideal starting point for unforgettable excursions. The famous beaches of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia, with their fine sand and crystal-clear water, are just a few kilometers away. Quieter pebble bays such as Rosumarinu offer perfect conditions for snorkeling. There are numerous hiking trails, hidden bays, and picturesque mountain villages in the surrounding area. The name Casa Trè Fari comes from the unique location of the house: three lighthouses are visible from the property, creating a special atmosphere at night.
The owners have a deep connection to the sea: the father, who built the house, was an avid diver until his 80s. The family has long been connected to the sea and they are passionate sailors who often sail in this area. This passion is reflected in the loving maritime design of the house.
The house is completely ground-level and barrier-free. With 150 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds and a living room/bedroom with its own bathroom (“studio”) provide a flexible room layout. There is a large bathroom with a double shower, a separate toilet, and a barrier-free bathroom. The heart of the house is the modern kitchen with a cooking island and high-quality Siemens appliances. While cooking, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the La Chiappa lighthouse. The living room has a cozy atmosphere, a wood-burning stove with a viewing window, and direct access to the surrounding panoramic terrace with stylish lighting. On the terrace, a Napoleon gas grill ensures enjoyable evenings under the open sky. Large windows with fly screens connect the interior and exterior areas. In the large garden, a lawn and a lounge area invite you to relax. High-quality sun loungers offer maximum comfort. Air conditioning with a heating function ensures pleasant temperatures in every season.

Focus on sustainability:
Great importance was attached to environmental compatibility in the design. A photovoltaic system ensures the use of renewable energy, while an electric car charging station (wall box) supports environmentally friendly mobility. Energy-saving LED lighting and water-efficient sanitary facilities reduce resource consumption in a sustainable manner.
The decision was made not to build a pool out of consideration for the island's limited water resources.
Instead, the decision was made to offer an optional motorboat for hire (200 hp, with sunbathing area, only with a boat license valid in France, weekly rental, price on request). This solution allows for unforgettable experiences of nature on the water without burdening the local infrastructure with additional water or energy consumption. The boat offers the opportunity to discover the beauty of the coast in a responsible manner – a conscious balance to the absence of water-intensive leisure activities on land.
